I cannot thank this Service Department enough. We took our RV in on a Saturday and repairs were completed by the following Wednesday. Robert and the rest of the Service Department were knowledgeable and so helpful. We did not buy our RV from them (we live in East Texas) but wish we had. I highly recommend these people and I just can't thank them enough.

Best RV dealership to work with. We knew exactly the trailer we wanted- a Viking 12.0 TD XL and Kanar RV is the only dealership in TX that sells them. When we first went to look/buy they were sold out, but Kim, the owner, said she would call as soon as they received more in. I think it was less than 2 weeks and we got a call. Kim stayed late on a Tuesday night so we could pick our camper up, sweetest lady ever. I can't say enough good things about the service we received and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a camper!

Our air conditioner went out with the temperature in the hundreds. Robert and his service guys were able to order a new one and replaced it for us, after it came in. My wife kept hearing a clicking sound, after it was installed. Robert and one of his service men came back out and found a piece of aluminum foil tape that came loose at the air duct. They applied new tape to the problem and all is good. The service department is exceptional !!

During an extended stay in the area we needed repair for 2 separate issues. Both times we had a quick response to our request for mobile service. They are friendly and up front about the costs and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I have recommended them to other RVers and will most definitely contact them again should the need for service arise. I purchased RV accessories from their parts department and been pleased with their recommendations and products.

Had broken window in entry door. After getting run around all day from other dealers, was referred to Kanar. They had what we needed, stayed late to help us and were so very nice and helpful. Just put new window in ourselves just like Robert said we could do. We will be back for other needs.

We used Robert at Kanar on two separate service calls. Robert goes way above and behind to help us. He not only took care of our service in a timely and efficient manner, he offered a lot of knowledge to help us with other things about our RV.
